St. Petersburg woman was impaired with 2 kids in car, killed other motorist, police say

 A 37-year-old St. Petersburg lady is having to deal with different penalties after police say she drove impaired with two youngsters in her vehicle and hit another driver, at last killing him Monday night.












Ieasha Boyd, 37, was set up for the Pinellas District prison a short while after 12 PM on Tuesday, as per prison records. Boyd is having to deal with penalties of DUI murder and two counts of disregard of a youngster without extraordinary real damage. Boyd was set free from prison on $20,000 bail, as indicated by prison records.









As indicated by a news discharge from the St. Petersburg Police Division, Boyd was driving a silver BMW 750IL around 7:30 p.m. Monday with a 12-year-old and a 5-year-old in the vehicle with her. Boyd was driving west on 38th Road North, moving toward the convergence with 40th Road North in St. Petersburg, as per police.


Boyd hit an orange Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck that was voyaging north on 40th Road, which was driven by Miguel Diaz Arzola, 62, as indicated by police. The accident caused Arzola's pickup truck to turn over.



St. Petersburg Fire Salvage removed Arzola from his pickup and he was articulated dead at the scene, police said.


The two youngsters were taken to All Kids' Emergency clinic to be assessed for minor wounds, police said.

St. Petersburg police said Boyd was viewed as driving while disabled. Police didn't deliver the kids' relationship to Boyd, refering to a Florida openly available reports resolution.
